3. The M/V "Norstar" Case (Panama v. Italy), ITLOS, Judgment, 10 April 2019.

4. The "Enrica Lexie" Incident (Italy v. India), PCA Case No. 2015-28, Award, 21 May 2020.

Several sessions will be allocated to analyze each of these cases.
