The International Law Commission's Draft Conlusions on subsequent agreements and subsequent practice in relation to the interpretation of treaties

The International Law Commission adopted the Draft Conclusions on first reading in 2016 (ILC Report 2016, A/71/10, chap. VI). Students are requested to submit their comments and/or amendment proposals. Preparation will require reading relevant ILC documents, which can be found on the Commission's website.

[Added on 29 May] Note that the Statement of the Chair of the Drafting Committee and the Text of the draft conclusions adopted by the Drafting Committee on second reading are now posted on the Commission's website. All participants are supposed to have read the relevant parts of these two documents.
